Oroville GA 85965 ~~~ ,: Dear Board Members: ~~ B4ARD OF S~pt;RViS©RS p~C ~ ~~-.2411 OR©VILL.I=, CALIFORNIA The following information is provided pursuant to Health and Safety Cade Section 25180.7 (Proposition 65) On November 1 b, 2011 at approximately 1500 hours, a vehicle collision occurred an Swedes Flat Road, west of Stoney Oak Boulevard in the unincorporated area of Butte County. The collision involved atruck-tractor ran off of the road, colliding with a barded wire fence and continuing into a seasonal creek with standing water. Approximately 2 gallons of diesel gasoline leaked into the standing water. CAL Fire representatives responded to the scene on November 17, 2011, to conduct the cleanup operation using absorbent pads, and Butte County Road Service responded to the scene for removal of contaminated absorbent pads. The contamination by the fuel did not represent a significant hazard, and it did not cause risk or substantial injury to the public safety or health.
