SUBJECT: Results for the Election of a Special District Regular "Non-Enterprise"
Member and an Alternate Member
DATE: October 25, 2013
The election for the Special District Regular "Non-Enterprise" Member and a Special
District Alternate Member concluded at 4:01 p.m. on Monday, October 21, 2013.
Pursuant to §56332(c)(5), the election results are as follows:
• Tom Lando (Chico Area Recreation & Park District) has been elected to serve as
the Regular "Non-Enterprise" Member; and
• Mr. Wes Gilbert (Butte County Resource Conservation District) has been elected
to serve as the Alternate Member.
Terms for both seats shall begin November 7, 2013 and will end May 2017.
