Dear Public Health and the Board ofSupervisors
We went to the river in the evening when DVVR shut down the flow to zero. Its never been done by nature or
any other event.
Last night | realized that the process has been created by flooding and then swamping along with draining the
river banks atcorrect temperatures ia ascenario for massive perfect storm ofbreeding ofmosquitos from the
hatchery tothe lower river areas below the pits.
DWR is not managing the environmental concerns on the entire course of the incident.
