Hello everyone, just our latest bit of evidence our police misuse/abuse public workers and are putting
the greater public at large at serious risk just to harass/terrorize a local Blacklisted individual,.
A Chicoan news-person ask myself and the harassment victim, Todd James Johnston, to prove some
of the allegations listed in my account, American Blacklist. Giladly we said, just pick a day and a time
and bring a camera. We all agreed to Friday January 2nd 2015 at 4:30 pm in the In Motion Fitness
parking lot facing north. Mr. Johnston claims that he's been Blacklisted and harassed to such,
extremes that police actually utilize/abuse Chico Airport Air Traffic Controllers into illegally and
dangerously redirecting air traffic over Mr. Todd Johnston's Terrace Dr home to Terrorize him, just a
half a block from In Motion Fitness Center. One hell of a allegation, let alone the rest of what's in
American Blacklist.
So there we both were just yesterday folks, myself and an extremely skeptical local reporter, parked
sitting in his Honda on the out side ring, of In Motion Fitness' parking lot looking north towards a
beauty school. Mr. Johnston said he would do something that would trigger a response from law
enforcement that would blow our minds. Our local reporter was very doubtful of seeing anything of
value since he and his station had checked with local authorities who said Mir. Johnston and Mr.
Bidwell are both making this up or crazy...Sure..OK,
And then it happened! At exactly 4:43 P.M. local time, it happened, your evidence!!
Sol, Me and Mr. Show me proof please looked up at the sky from the parking lot at In Motion Fitness
and approaching us was a huge airplane banking hard hard, at such a low attitude it literally blew
both our minds!! Jiesus Christ, Oh My God! Oh My God!! is all the now believing reporter could say.
The focal point of the bank was rigiht over us and Mir.Johnston's home. Holy Shit! It was diving so
dangerously low and banking: so hard it wa s,,,tefrifying, everyone around was looking up. This was

loud, disruptful and unusual, you could tell by the way everyone stopped to look up.This was no
normal everyday airplane approach and was exactly what Mr.Johnston predicted would happen a
solid week before. The airplane was a government plane of some kind. It was huge, mostly white with
red trim like a Cal Fire or Coast Guard type paint job, most likely Cal Fire. It was so dangerously low
and turning so sharply, what a risk to the public as a whole and for what? To harass an innocent
Blacklisted man? Our cops are mad. Crazy Loyal to one another not us or our laws. Our brave
Firemen, Ambulance Drivers, City Employees etc. are spinelessly compliant, criminally compliant
really! Were any of YOU in the vicinity yesterday to witness this and a slew more of anomalous plane
approaches? When you live on the northish part of town you get used to normal airplane noise, this
was not even in the range of normal and is Recorded Forever on GPS records and the memories of
all who seen it with their own eyes.
This was just yesterday, just yesterday in good of Chico. We both sat in his car, me ecstatically
happy and validated, him frightened and really really shell shocked. Wave after wave they kept
coming, plane after plane. Diving, diving like bombs in a aerial assault, so damn low people kept
looking up. They came in from all different angles, but would straighten out right on top of Todd's
house every time. I pointed from inside the car to where Todd Johnston lives a few hundred feet away
and bam, a big plane right over the top of his house at a stupid couple hundred feet altitude just
minutes after I point it out, it's 5:33pm. He's scared and wants to leave. F' noo buddy were staying.
One after the other, it was like the sky had opened up and it was dive bomb hour...another big
one..scaringly low at 5:47pm and another monster drop at 6:18PM. It all recorded on GPS, let alone
all the EYE witnesses. I guess cops will put the public at risk just to fulfill some personal cop Blacklist.

Cops are mostly good, most of the time. But our vice cops pollute and destroy Everyone in the
community, the atrocities they commit when no one is looking is terrifying. We need to act to stop this
illegal torture. If you have heard Todd Johnston's name, your have heard a lot of negative things,
none of them match when you meet him. He's a great guy I've known for almost 20 years. That's the
power of Blacklisting/Slandering.

populated Chicoan neighborhoods.
4. They Murdered Enloe Pilot Ron. W. Jones harassing the same man. And they still won't stop...
5. It's just Morally, Legally Wrong on so many levels..-so many ways...My God.
