Subject: Request of Continuance Items 5.03 and 5.06
Hello—I have been working with the Board of Supervisors on the above to items. I will be at the meeting and will be
asking the board to continue the two items for the following reasons:
5.03—there is another citation with the same owner and we are trying to work out a global settlement of all the fines,
and the other fine is scheduled for May 23, 2017.
5.06—On this property there is a disputed property line. We have completed the survey, and we have the survey letter
(the GIS system for the county is off on this property.) It took almost 4 months to get all the pins/markets at the correct
location on this property, and the map will take about 4 weeks to complete. With the map, we will be able to prove that
the Marijuana that was grown was on the neighboring property, and not on my clients property.
Thank you in advance for your help in distributing this information to the board.
