After some research, I discovered that Ms. Rold's appointment ended January 7, 2019. As such, we do not need to fly a
vacancy notice, as this was a regularly scheduled term end date,which is published in the Local Appointments List,
pursuant to the Maddy Act. Supervisor Lucero may make an appointment to the Library Advisory Board, District 2 seat,
at the next Board Meeting, if she so chooses.
