Dear Supervisors,
The intiative's purpose is to repeal and replace Butte County's current ordinance restricting
medical marijuana cultivation with the restrictions that were in place December 2013. If the intiative is
approved by a majority of the voters. It will replace any outstanding local ordinance restricting
cultivation at that time and may only be changed by a majority vote of the people of Butte County.
And then as follows the excact same ordinance as the voters voted on last yearlll!IIIIIIIIIIIIIII I am in
the loop and have been for the past or three years. And even I don't understand itlllllllllll We thought
the intiative was going to be about the Janl4th ordinance sq footage."9977 Can it be any more
confusing??
This is misleading the public, it is deceitful and deceptive. The Board has the honor and responsibility
to its public. This initiative has to be recalled.
How do you think the general public on the street is going to understand, as to what is going
on, if I don't then no one will.!!. What the heck, it is just as confusing, convulited, badly written, and
totally misleading as the last one. Who approved this writing?? It should have been overseen by
members of the Board of Supervisors, who are our local elected representatives, and not some staff
member, even it was Bruce Albert, he is not our representive, This initiative should be recalled,
voided and rewritten and approved by Board members, BEFORE it go's out to the public. Otherwise
we are going to get the excact same result as last time. Or maybe that is the intent, mass confusing
of the public. voting the wrong way.Bonnie Masarik and Family.
