PREDATOR IN BUTTE COUNTY
Dear Supervisors,
PLEASE do everything in your power to, prevent the placement of Fraisure Earl Smith in Butte County. It is terrifying to
citizens. People I know near Bell Road have already put in notice to move, but he remains a threat to all of our citizens.
Please support our sheriff Kory Honea and Mike Ramsey and put pressure on Solano County to not allow the creep to live
amongst us, ankle bracelet or not. And it is sickening that his landlord will be paid $3500 a month of tax dollars. But that is
not even the issue. Our children and teens are not safe.
