Good Morning,
I wanted to give you a heads up in case you get calls from your constituents. Due to a problem with AT&T, our call
centers have not been operational since last evening. When our current customers call in they are receiving a busy
signal. Everyone is actively working on the problem yet I don't have a date or time certain when this will be fixed.
The Affordable Care Act Center is down however those calls can be routed to other counties so our new customers are
not disadvantaged.
In the interim, if you get any calls, please give them my number 538-7891 and I will make sure they receive a call back
and are assisted.
