Dear members of the Butte County Board of Supervisors,
I am a 36 year resident of Butte Creek Canyon. I am asking that you please support the Butte Creek Canyon
Overlay plan. The canyon is in need of guidance and the protections afforded in the overlay plan.
Additionally, with regard to possible future board actions beyond the current overlay plan, I am supportive of
a more comprehensive plan that would include a greater portion of the canyon and more extensive guidance
regarding development within the canyon perimeters.
