One important step for property owners is removing debris. Debris Removal The Consolidated Debris Removal Program has two phases to facilitate the safe removal and handling of household hazardous waste (Phase I)and other fire-related debris (Phase II). Phase I is automatic and already underway(see progress online), but to sign up for Phase II of the program, property owners must complete an ROE form to allow government contractors access to the private property for debris removal.The deadline to return completed ROE forms is January 31,2019. You can get the ROE form in the following way: • Download the Right-of-Entry form at ButteCountyRecovers.org/debrisremoval • Visit the Disaster Recovery Center at 1982 E. 20th Street in Chico (Open Monday—Saturday, 9:00 am—6:00 pm) • Visit the ROE Center at 202 Mira Loma Drive in Oroville (Open Monday-Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm You can return completed ROE forms in the following ways: Return the Completed Right-of-Entry Form in Person Staff are available to review the form for completeness and answer questions. • ROE Center 202 Mira Loma Drive in Oroville Hours: Monday through Saturday,8:00 am to 5:00pm Phone: 530.552.3155 i • Disaster Recovery Center 1982 E. 20th Street in Chico Butte County Environmental Health Table Hours: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00pm Return the Completed Right-of-Entry Form by Mail or E-mail • ATTN: Butte County Environmental Health Division 202 Mira Loma Drive Oroville CA 95965 • E-mail to: ROE@buttecounty.net We understand you may have questions about the Consolidated Debris Removal Program. In the coming weeks,we will setup workshops for County employees to learn more about debris removal. Please email Human Resources directly if you would like to be included in the workshop for wildfire recovery resources. In the meantime, some of those same resources are already available online and in the community.
