As is plainly evident to myself, a 2018 CSU, Chico Magna Cum Laude graduate in Political Science: Legal
Studies Option Paralegal Certificate with Highest Honors, in an image attached to this email, Butte County
Superior Court Judge Mossbarger is unable to discharge her Duties of Office Iegally. While a lay person would
not understand that Judge Mossbarger's intentional failure to follow the Rules of Court multiple times with
flagrant disrespect for the Citizens of Butte County even happened, I know better.
Removal from the bench immediately appears most reasonable,justifiable, and legal; HOWEVER, immediate
action must be taken, lest further damage be incurred by the CITIZENS OF BUTTE COUNTY, and all the
OTHER CITIZENS Judge Mossbager impacts.
That Butte County Superior Court Clerk Kimberly Flener affixed her signature to an "Official" "Proof of
Mailing" document, that is, in fact, not proof of anything legally; OR, that I ever received the alleged said
documents, was an error with, well, immense negative legal consequences. Consequences myself, and the other
citizens of Butte County should not endure from people we employ. Under Penalty of Perjury, I can swear I
never received the documents Kimberly Flener claims to have sent me on May 18, 2018.
Criminal charges should be warranted. Both for the above named persons, but also for persons unnamed or yet
to be discovered.
Should the evidence presented here fail to impress upon you the gravity of the circumstances in the Butte
County Superior Court, and, by extension, the Butte County District Attorney's Office: Mike Ramsey, District
Attorney, I can provide multiple pages of Court generated documents that implicate the afore mentioned
individuals both in this matter, as well as in other Civil and Criminal cases passing through the Butte County
Superior County system, as well as, persons incarcerated as Inmates in the Butte County Jail, Korey Hoena:
Head Jailer.
I sent multiple emails to well-placed individuals, many of whom are also receiving this email, in the local
community yesterday. They are free to forward those emails, and the evidence they contain,to you. Just ask
them.
