Subject: December 11 Meeting
We received the notification about the Public Hearing scheduled for December 11, 2018. As such,
we would like a copy of the required improvements to the infrastructure and roads as well as a copy
of the management plan for the open space.
In light of the current disaster we would like to request a postponement so that each of us, you
included, can tend to the needs of our displaced, missing and deceased loved ones. I should think
that you have far more important issues to deal with right now and I'm sure your constituents need
you to focus on them.
