Green & Smart Too Green Bond Housing Project located in the "Opportunity Zone" of Paradise, CA within Butte County Background A long-time resident of Paradise, CA, The Ralph H. Anderson Family, lived in Paradise from 1955 to 2000 at his passing was a general building contractor and hardwood floor man of 45 years in Butte County. Their son, Gary Anderson attended PJA - Paradise Junior Academy now known as PAA - Paradise Adventist Academy. Gary Anderson of RNO Financial/AIP, Inc., will be the managing director of the Wayne and William Heritage Trust an account of Alliance Trust Company in Reno Nevada. Mr. Anderson is a resident of northern Nevada but is well known in Paradise as he printed the street maps for the Paradise Association of Realtors® and the Paradise Chamber of Commerce. Who The Wayne and William Heritage Trust will oversee a $500 Million Dollar Green Bond Project in Paradise, which is only one source of funds it will take to rebuild Paradise. One person from each entity as over-sight committee with representatives from each agency involved including The Wayne and William Heritage Trust, Hensel Associates, Inc, The Butte County Board of Supervisors and others. This along with outside Matching Funds and the Opportunity Zone investments will be a smart start in making Paradise what its name implies. RNO Financial/AIP, Inc., Mike Carpenter made contact with Dan Bruchman Executive VP of Hensel Associates, Inc., Licensed Contractor in California and assertions were confirmed by the end of the call that the contractor liked the opportunity to participate in the project and they gladly want to help. This contractor specializes in infrastructure, subdivision development, high-rise construction, housing, apartments, commercial bridge construction. OUR MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS At Hensel we utilize Procore, a cloud-based construction management software application that helps increase our project efficiency and accountability by providing streamline project communication, documentation, and live, on-site video streaming. Users are able to view their projects from any web-connected mobile device, tablet, laptop, or desktop. Procore provides users a way to collaborate with stakeholders and the ability to view live video, review construction documents such as submittals, RFI's contracts, schedules, and drawings. Each team member can edit and share project data from the job site and can view the project progress though live video streaming. The software provides key stakeholders the ability to monitor the progress of their projects from their office without the need to take time from their busy schedule for frequent site visits. Our Team has an established proven approach to operational procedures that are employed at the corporate level and the field operations level which has allows us to successfully manage and coordinate multiple simultaneous contracts at multiple locations concurrently.
