That setback has been reduced from the previous approval to a lesser setback of 25 to 50 feet with conditions. Why was with change made? There was never any attempt made by any of the County departments or the developer to make those of us affected by this reduction aware or even considered in this change. Perhaps the original request was so ineffectively handled by the County that they are now trying to appease the developer by disregarding the safety and health of our neighbors and our community. They certainly aren't considering how the new owners of the homes will feel being in such close proximity to particulate matter, dust and noise. Neither are they considering the potential legal ramifications or lawsuits by those new neighbors as a result of new setback. This is certainly worthy of a grand jury investigation as uninformed and unaware residents would not want to live 25 feet from this. There is no binding legal agreement that can make a person give up their legal right to sue anyway. t e<.q n • Sincerely, George Sipple 1336 Stanley Ave. Chico,CA 95928
