Subject: Marijuana Ordinance - Supervisors put pot on ballot
Need clarification. Todays front page article. From reading the article get the impression that the
entire ordinance has been rescinded - not just the new tougher amendments regarding growing
space, and other additions to the already existing ordinance. I am all for the tougher restrictions, and
so are all of the people I know. We want our county back!
As I write this I am watching 3 derelict types walking east behind my back fence -- heading from a
local trailer park to a house back in a walnut orchard -- don't think they are going to a birthday party.
Lived here for over 35 years without this type of activity -- disgusted.
So, until November, are we back to the "Wild West"? Or are we back to just the portions of the
Marijuana Ordinance that was approved over a year ago?
