We are a 501c3 nonprofit made up of residents of the Coffey Park neighborhood in Santa Rosa who lost homes or were directly affected by the Tubbs Fire. You can find more info on the organization here www.coffeystrong.com. We have been asked by some residents to come to Chico to give our advice and share our experience to help. Our itinerary is below. I know you are all very busy but we would like to meet with you to give a survivors perspective of what is to come, because as I am sure you know, unless you've lived it, people can't truly understand it all. We saw there are council and supervisor meetings on Tuesday, however if you can make the 3pm meeting it would be great. If not we can meet the morning of the 12th. Just let me know. 12/11 • 12pm/12:30pm - Trip to Paradise. Meet-up location and finer details being worked on. • 3pm- Small meeting with local elected officials/staff, builders and other people with interests in the rebuild. o Location - Hotel Diamond: 220 W 4th St, Chico, CA 95928 1 • 6pm: Community meeting. Most of us will probably get there a little early for set up, etc. o Location: St John's Episcopal Church: 2341 Floral Ave, Chico, CA 95926 o Event site: www.facebook.com/events/303274593616078/ 12/12 *Return home or meet with anyone else as needed I am happy to answer any questions Jeff Okrepkie Founder Coffey Strong www.coffeystrong.com Jeff(ccoffeystrong.com. 2
