Subject: Hypocrisy Butte Creek Canyon
I have made Butte Creek Canyon my home for forty four years. I love living here and care very
much about my community. I have watch with interest the protest regarding
development. Many of those who protest the loudest has excavated large areas for their homes
and out buildings. Own small parcels and several look like junk yards. Some residence think
that cluster housing means condos. I personally think cluster homes is an excellent use of land
and is common in other communities. Much of Butte Creek Canyon is unbuildable. Some
upscale home would benefit Butte Creek Canyon and Butte County in general. With the current
building requirement& set backs 1. see no danger to wildlife.
