Subject: Notice to the BOS
Hi, my name is Julie, I was an RN at Oroville Hospital and was recently laid off along with many other
experienced RN's. The hospital states this is a standard "restructing ". This is not the case. Due to the harm to
our patients as a result of these illegal and unsafe layoffs, we are having an informational picket at Oroville
Hospital on March 27th from 4 -9pm. Our goal of this picket is to inform our community about the harmful
layoffs and how the will effect the care of patients. We as RN's must stand up for our patients and ensure that

they recieve the safest and most therapeutic care possible. We want the BOS to be aware of these concerns and
