To All Concerned:
We received the notification about the Public Hearing scheduled for December 11, 2018. As such,we would
like a copy of the required improvements to the infrastructure and roads as well as a copy of the management
plan for the open space.
In light of the current disaster we would like to request a postponement so that each of us, you included, can
tend to the needs of our displaced, missing and deceased loved ones.
It is our sincerest hope that as a community we will recover and grow stronger together and that you and
yours are safe and well.
