Subject: Cannabis Laws in, Butte County
Please be advised that the people in this county are being denied their rights with your new laws banning
delivery and store front cannabis sales for medical or recreational purposes of consumption. CA voters
approved medical and recreational cannabis.
On a separate note- Why would you choose to lose out on the tax revenues? Instead I see in your minutes that
the county has to apply to the government for grant money regularly. Makes no sense at all.
