FYI-wanted to make you all aware that this was sent to me by the same anonymous person who sent me a snapshot of
CAA's 2013 financials.
Tom Tenorio was actually Secretary of the National Community Action Partnership (CAP), which created the "Pathways
to Excellence Program"that CAA's are supposed adhere to.This document asks questions,and as you can see the
answer regarding the Brown Act being included) in all the CAA Board member packets.
I am supposed to get more of the complete document later today.
