Dear Ms. Kirk and Messrs. Connelly,Wahl, Teeter and Lambert:
As indicated previously, this office represents applicant Nels Leen in connection with the
above referenced Tentative Subdivision Map approved by the Butte County Planning Commission
and subsequently approved by the Board at the last hearing, subject only to the presentation of
additional information to the Board in connection with the hearing scheduled for December 11,
2018. Please consider this letter in connection with your December 11, 2018, hearing.
At the previous Board hearing,the Board passed a motion of intent approving Mr. Leer's
subdivision, subject only to Mr. Leen providing two additional pieces of information on his Project
to Staff for the Board's consideration. We understand that discussion and public comment at the

December 1 1th hearing should and will be limited to these two pieces of additional information;
namely, the change in the map from 21 to 18 residential lots; and the draft management plan
submitted for the open space lot. We also note that Staff is to approve the management plan in final
form at a later date, for timely inclusion and recording with the Final Map that records.
