We invested a great deal of our own money to bring power to this neighborhood, paid the school fees and continue to move forward with our plan to build. Due to several factors we had to let our original building permit expire, but plan to obtain a new permit to build. We do not want to endure the future complications and expense associated with inclusion in this Overlay Zone.As per your revelation during our phone conversation on February 13, 2018 this property is at the very upper end of the proposed overlay and not on the the Ridgeline.
