Subject: Friends of the Library: request for additional explanation of which library hours were
reduced and why
Chair Lambert and members of the Board, Friends of your branch libraries were
curious about the rationale staff used to choose, which operating hours would be
proposed for elimination for FY 19-20. 1 sent them further explanation. If you wish me
