Dear Mark,
I would just like to add a couple of things to my previous email that I sent you on Friday.
1. I know that after James had put up just a couple of those metal panels for his fence that he was totally
aware of the blinding glare it was making, I know that it was brought to his attention but he went
ahead and decided to continue to put up his fence all the way to the ditch. It just tells me that he did
not care about the effect that illegal material was going to have on his neighbors and the traffic coming
around the corner on Vermont and Little Ave.
2. The other thing that makes me very upset is that I can not even look in the direction of my neighbors
without being blinded by the glare. It is very upsetting that we are having to live with this fence. I
understand him wanting to put up a fence, for some reason he chose this material, I don't understand
it!!!! Especially knowing the effect it would have on his neighbors.
