All of these actions originated from the addresses described below that are AGAIN a 2017-active grow operation. Last night, marijuana plants were delivered by a UHAUL TRUCK for the 2017 grow season and noisy equipment ran until lOpm. A $72,668.00 property tax lien has made ZERO impact on this drug infested landowner's parcels next door to us. It's dumped further back behind bushes but roughly in same location as last year. A silver sedan (looks like Mitsubishi Galant) came racing from the north on Cherokee Road to drive up there and show truck where to dump soil. There are consistently six vehicles parked at Renee Choi's. Most activity occurs starting around nightfall. Her tenants' behaviors are indicative of drug use. They start mowing at dark, or weed whacking and the activity is brief. They've done more chainsaw clearing on east side of her houses at night this year. Renee does most of the coming and going in her sedan during daylight hours. It's obvious she takes care of these people. Their vehicles don't move during the day but occasionally go out after dark. A $72,668 property lien for last year's noncompliant grow isn't stopping cultivation this year. They successfully harvested last year too. It appeared the harvest was processed next door at Chavez's 3494 Cherokee Rd home. He just had a new roof put on his building (formerly High Horizons group home)that probably cost$30,000.
