Hello Dan,
Thank you for the extensive and in-depth BCCO Staff Report. We really appreciate the amount of
effort that has been put into preparing this thoughtful and complete document. Our only hope is that
the Supervisors read it thoroughly and accept the recommendation of the staff.
On another note, I have prepared a timed Power Point Presentation that I would like to present during
the public comment portion of the meeting. I'll have it on a flash drive for ease of use. I'll submit a
card to speak and try to have myself placed at the end of comments to act as a summary, so to
speak.
Thank you all for the tremendous support as we have worked through this lengthy process.
May we have success tomorrow,
Pamela Posey

Hello Committee members,
In case you did not see it the Staff Report for tomorrow's meeting is located here:

I have attached the body of the staff report for your reference. The version with attachments is
available through the link above.
We have received a handful of additional requests to remove lands from the Overlay. Two of
these, one from Knife River Construction, and the other from Signalized Intersection are
attached to the staff report. We have received two others, one from Greg Colby and one from
Marsha and Roman Krapf. These requests will be covered towards the start of the
presentation. Knife River requests the removal of the 7-acre industrial parcel submitted by
Knife River Construction. This parcel is across the Skyway from the batch plant they
operate. This is the only industrially zoned property in the Overlay.

The Krapf property is, not on a ridgeline, and is in the far north extent of the Overlay. It is
located in the proximity of Forest Ranch, so there may be some discussion around this grouping
of parcels and whether they should be in or out. Each of these requests will be discussed
during the presentation, and Board action would be expected after the close of public
comment.
Feel free to call or email with any questions.
