To the Honorable Board Member,
There has been a dramatic increase in the number of earthquakes occurring through out California,
specifically surrounding gas/oil fracking sites. Epicenters can be accessed through USES Earthquake feed,then
via Google Earth to verify it as a gas/oil fracking site. I would humbly direct you to the following sites showing
that fracking destabilizes the surrounding geography:
