Dear Madams and Sirs,
I don't see how the Leen's project for Stanley Ave qualifies as a clustered development if the Butte
County Clustered Housing Ordinance says that the open space is supposed to be visible and be
directly next to the houses and for the benefit of the homeowners. The ordinance also states that it's
design should be innovative. Leen's proposal of having a row of houses facing each other is neither
innovative nor facing and abutting the open space.
Also, the Leen's project as a clustered development is in direct conflict with the Butte County General
Plan - it is nowhere near consistent with the character of the neighborhood, the road is not adequate,
and Stanley Avenue is not an urban location.
