Dear Ms. Sweeney and Mr. Hahn,
I would like to schedule a presentation to the Butte County Board of Supervisors on the State of Jefferson as soon as
possible.
Mark Baird, Spokesperson for the State of Jefferson Committee, has agreed to give a 15 -20 minute presentation, followed
by a question and answer session. I will need to coordinate with Mr. Baird regarding his availability.
Please let me know the next steps to getting the Baird Presentation approved, and the availability on your schedule for
such a presentation. Is there time available in the morning of the 25th of March ?
