Can you tell me if this is true about Butte County becoming a Sanctuary County July 30, 2016 please.
I spoke with Doug LaMalfa and he was not aware that this is True or not.

If you scroll down to California it gives a list and our county of Butte is in this list.
You would have had to vote on this right or could the Governor allow that without your vote??
