And so the Eaton Road property was "Red Tagged". As you know, i have been very diligent in developing a solution for drainage to correct the violation since our meeting in November of 2016. I have submitted 6 different drainage grading plans by Feeny Engineering and Precision Survey for your departments review and approval. On October 10th 2017 (See Attachment below). I received written approval to construct the approved drainage by your department subject to the Central Valley Flood Protection Boards approval.With some modification made to the drainage solution, I received said approval from Gary Lemon from CVFPB of which you received a letter when submitted the latest Mylar of the approved plan by Eric on Friday January 12th 2018 last week. I have done everything in my ability to solve all of these issues, of which I have done. Now I receive the letter this morning from Eric Schroth shown below. Can we PLEASE stop this nonsense allow this drainage ditch to be built as was agreed on October the 10th 2017 and subsequently our meeting in 2016. Naturally I wont be be building any buildings until I have a use, or buyer or tenant, but I can at the very least cross this task of the list, and get this dirt "Build Ready". After experiencing the long delays to get an approval for such a simple task, and some might say unnecessary, I am quite apprehensive in drafting plans, submitting more fees etc... until I know I am done with Eric Schroths little games. The construction of the drainage plan detail will help my neighbor and have this land prepped for a new company to have a place of business to operate from, of which is desperately needed in this County. I just don't understand the constant obstruction from Eric Schroth to complete this task. At this time I am asking the Butte County Supervisors to investigate the potential misconduct and obstructions by Eric Schroth not only with my project but many developments though out the County. It is imperative for the economic health of our County to put a halt to the obstructions of so many citizens here trying to create both housing and economic development.
