Subject: Please Extend the Date for the Cats rescued from the fires and deemed as 'feral'
Dear Sirs
I am begging you to extend the dates for the cats on stray hold who were rescued from the fires, but are now
being termed 'feral'.
These sentient beings do not deserve to be killed. They did not ask to be born; some irresponsible humans
allowed their cats to breed and brought these cats into the world. Don't punish the innocent!
Even if the cats are feral; find farms and other land and just release them after neutering.
The sifuation of there beinf too many homeless pets will only improve when tougher laws are brought in
directed at breeders and owners. California has become the first state to ban the sale of cats and dogs in pet
stores unless they are rescue animals. That's a step in the right direction so please don't go backwards by
destroying animals.
Do the right thing please; the eyes of the world are upon you.
Yours faithfully
Susie Gibson
