As directed by All Facilities Letter (AFL) 10-28 from the California Department of Public
Health (CDPH), this Fetter is to inform the Butte County Board of Supervisors that operation
of the Enloe Children's Health Center will transition to North Valley Indian Health {NVIH).
The anticipated effective date is July 1, 2012, at which time the service will be removed
from Enloe's license.
This operational change comes with the approval ofi the Pediatrics Department of Enloe
Medical Staff and the Enloe Board of Trustees. NVIH has provided assurance that all
services at the Center will remain unchanged.
As also directed by AFL 10-28, notice of this transition 1) was sent to the Chico office of
CDPH and 2) will be posted at the Center.
