Dear Ms. Dixon:
A letter dated March 29, 2012 informed the Department that operation of the Enloe Children's Health
Center would transition to Northern Valley Indian Health (NVIH) with effective date of July 1, 2012.
This letter is to inform the Department that, while the process of licensing NV1H has begun, it may
not be completed by July 1. Therefore, to ensure that services to our clients and community remain
uninterrupted, both Enloe Medical Center and NVIH request that the service remain on Enloe's
license until NVIH receives certification from the Department.
This letter is copied to Butte Coun#y Board of Supervisors and the informational pasting at the
Children's Center is also modified.
Thank you for your consideration of this request. Additional questions or needs may be directed to
meat 332-7020.
Sincerely,
Aaron Woad
