In addition to the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR), the FEIR consists of corrections and revisions to the DEIR; a list of persons, organizations, and public agencies commenting on the DEIR; the comments received on the DEIR; and responses to those comments. On July 22, 2008, DWR certified the FEIR, adopted Findings, adopted a Mitigation Monitoring Program, filed a Notice of Determination, and distributed copies to responsible agencies, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act. Courtesy copies are also being distributed to communities within the vicinity of the project. Other interested parties may view a copy of the FEIR on the following DWR website: www.orovillerelicensing.water.ca.gov. A CD containing the FEIR may also be requested by contacting Ann Lundberg, program assistant, at (916) 653-6700.
