HomeMy WebLinkAboutEvent Resource Connection March 15, 2017 TO: BUTTE COUNTY SUPERVISORS FROM: EVENT RESOURCE CONNECTION* As of this writing,the following unlicensed (unpermitted) venues have the following events scheduled for 2017: BELLA ROSA (AKA the Rose Ranch) 1459 Oro-Chico Highway, Chico Owner states that they will only do about 10 events per year but will "squeeze" more in if necessary Currently booked: May fish and 12th; June 3`d & 241h: October 71h & 14th These are three day events, Friday, Sat, and Sunday T J FARMS, 3600 Chico Ave Chico Currently booked: May, all weekends are booked. (6th, 13th, 20th & 27th) Friday, May 26th is also booked. June, 3rd, 10th & 24" September, All weekends are booked (2"d.9th, 16th, 23rd. & 30th) These are all three day events HONEY RUN COVERED BRI©GE, Centerville road Chico Currently booked: Honey Run Covered Bridge (continued) May 6th and 27th JuneP 17th, 24th August 51h 12" 26' September: All weekends booked, (2nd' 9th, 16th,,23rd 301h) October: All weekends booked (7th, 14th, 21, and 28th) These are one day events. This list is in no way complete as several other venues were not contacted as yet, nor does it reflect any bookings in April 2017. It should be noted that these venues have been operating illegally and booking for 2014, 2015 and 2016, subsequent to the ordinance being adopted and well after the grace period.
