application Document and Scoping Document I for the Bucks Creek Project
Dear Ms. Bartlett and Mr. Ford:
On March 3. 2013, you requested a 30-day extension of time, from March
159 2014 to April 14, 2014, to file study requests and comments on the Pre-
application Document (PAD) and Scoping Document I (SDI) for the Bucks Creek
Project. You indicate that additional time is needed because of the increase in
workload associated with draught-related deviations from license conditions for
projects located in the Sierra Nevada Region of California.
Your request would allow the necessary time to consult with licensees on
the requested variances to minimum flow requirements due to the unprecedented
draught in California. Granting your request would minimally affect the overall
Process Plan and Schedule. Therefore, your requested extension until April 14,
2014 is granted. The Process Plan and Schedule is thereby revised as follows:
