Pursuan# to Section 2073 of the Fish and Game Code, on March 13, 2012 the Commission transmitted the petition to the Department of Fish and Game for review pursuant #o Section 2073.5 of said code_ It is anticipated that the Department's evaluation and recommendation relating to the petition will be received fay the Commission at its June or August 2012 meeting.
