NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the Commission, consistent with Fish and Game Code Section 2075.5 proposes to amend Section 670.5, Title 14, California Code of Regulations, to add the southern mountain yellow-legged frog (R. muscosa) to the list of endangered species and the Sierra Nevada yellow-legged frog (R. sierrae) to the list of threatened species.
