Dear Secretary Bose:
The letter is to notify the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("Commission"} of a
contact information update for the California Department of Water Resources ("DWR") for
FERC correspondence and the Commission's record to ensure that all project-related
correspondence and other communications are appropriately directed.
DWR's Hydropower License Planning and Compliance Office has recently moved. All
project-related correspondence and other communications should hereafter be directed to Mr.
