Dear Mr.Craddock:
This is in response to your December 4,2017 letter regarding preliminary findings Thomas
for the installation of eagle nesting materials in suitable trees to provide nest relocation Chief,A
alternatives at the Feather River Hydroelectric Project(FERC Project No.2100). Division
Specifically,you plan to install eagle nesting materials in up to five trees;two of which and Cc
are located in areas of known cultural resources,and one ofwhich would result in access
over a known cultural resource. The nesting material installation is intended to mitigate
