NOTICE GRANTING LATE INTERVENTION
(May 11, 2017)
On September 12, 2005, Commission staff issued public notice' of California
Department of Water Resources' application for a new license for the Oroville Facilities
Hydroelectric Project located on the Feather River in Oroville, California. The notice
established January 30, 2006,2 as the deadline for filing motions to intervene, which was
extended to March 31, 2006.3
On May 10, 2006, the Feather River Recreation and Park District filed a late
motion to intervene, which was unopposed.' Pursuant to Rule 214 of the Commission's
Rules of Practice and Procedure,' the Commission grants the motion to intervene.
