the Feather River Project No.2100. The project is located on the Feather River in Butte
County,California,and occupies federal lands administered by the U.S.Forest Service
and the Bureau of Land Management.
2. Ordering paragraph-(D)of the Commission's August 23,20171icense
amendments requires that:the licensee rile a revegetation plan for Commission approval
for lands disturbed during relocation and construction activities related to the relocation
of the Oroville-Table Mountain transmission line. The plan is to be developed in
consultation with the U.S.Fish and Wildlife Service(FWS)and the California
Department of Fish and Wildlife(California DFW),and filed with the Commission by
November 23,2017.
3. The license states that it requires additional time to complete consultation on the
pian with the FWS and California DFW. Therefore,the licensee requests an extension of
time to December 31,2017 to complete consultation,and provide the final report and its
response to comments received.
4. Review of the licensee's filing indicates that it has made progress in developing
the required revegetation plan. Granting the licensee's request would allow it the
necessary time to complete agency consultation and to file a complete report with the
Commission. The licensee's request is reasonable and therefore,should be approved.
