C7 C7 158 FERC 62,200 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION California Department of Water Resources Project No. 2100-158 ORDER APPROVING AS-BUILT SITE PLAN DRAWING (Issued March 15,2017) 1. On September 1,2016,California Department of Water Resources(licensee)filed a recreation as-built site pian drawing for the Feather River Hydroelectric Project No. 2100.' The project is located on the Feather River in Butte County,California. 2. Ordering paragraph(B)of the 2008 Order requires the licensee to file an as-built drawing showing the location and layout of the completed Bidwell Canyon Boat Ramp Extension in relation to the project boundary. 3. Our review of the licensee's filed drawing finds that it accurately reflects the layout and location of the Bidwell Canyon Boat Ramp in relation to the project boundary.z The drawing conforms to the Commission's requirements and is approved by ordering paragraph(A). The Director orders: (A) California Department of Water Resources'as-built site plan drawing for the Bidwell Canyon Boat Ramp Extension,filed September 1,2016,for the Feather River Hydroelectric Project No.2100,is approved. Order Approving Amendment to Recreation Plan(124 FERC 1 62,182),issued September 10,2008. 2 On April 4,2016,the licensee filed a set of as-built drawings for the Bidwell Canyon Boat Ramp extension that included eight sheets of engineering drawings. After a subsequent conversation between licensee and Commission staff,the licensee filed a revised set of drawings on September 1,2016 that shows the layout of the boat ramp in relation to the project boundary, Project No.2100-158 _2 (B) This order constitutes final agency action. Any party may file a request for rehearing of this order within 30 days from the date of its issuance,as provided in section 313(a)of the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C.§8251(2012),and the Commission's regulations at 18 C.F.R.§385.713(2016). The filing of a request for rehearing does not operate as a stay of the effective date of this order,or of any other date specified in this order.
