The 650 Capitol Mall,Suite 8-300 meeting was held to allow Commission staffand state and federal resource agencies with Sacramento,CA 95814 100)authority an opportunity to resolve apparent inconsistencies between their 100) recommendations and the Federal Power Act and for the Forest Service to present its Deborah Giglio rational for its section 4(e)conditions. During the meeting we presented a 100)proposal U.S.Fish and Wildlife Service 130-AaD OF SUPERVISORS (proposal)to the meeting participants. Following that presentation,the agencies 2800 Cottage Way,Room W-2605 requested that we provide the proposal in writing(issued on May 22,2009),and host a Sacramento,CA 95825 follow-up 2 5 2009 llow-up teleconference to further discuss the proposal and the agencies'responses to the proposal.
