Dear Mr.McInnis:
As you know,we are undergoing section 7 consultation with your office on the ,
relicensing of the Oroville Project. Through informal discussion with your staff
regarding the status of the consultation,we have learned that you have recently
completed preparation of a draft Biological Opinion for this consultation.
At this time,we are requesting a copy of this draft for our review,as provided for
in your regulations.
Please file your draft Biological Opinion with Kimberly D.Bose,Secretary,
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission,888 First Street,N.E.,Washington,DC 20426.
