Wednesday,May 13,2009. The call-in information and an agenda for the meeting will
be provided prior to the meeting. For those who do not have internet access or e-mail,
Project No.803.087 the request may be made by contacting Kenneth Hogan by telephone at the number

On April 13,2009,Commission staffheld a section 100)meeting. The meeting National Marine Fisheries Service
was held to allow Commission staff and state and federal resource agencies with section 650 Capitol Mall,Suite 8-300

recommendations and the Federal Power Act. While resolution was reached on a number
of the recommendations,it was not on others.Additionally,during that meeting,the U.S. Deborah Giglio
Forest Service requested that we host a meeting to allow the Forest Service an U.S.Fish and Wildlife Service
opportunity to discuss its rational for its section 4(e)conditions. 2800 Cottage Way,Room W-2605
As a result,to allow for a discussion of the Forest Service's section 4(e)conditions Sacramento,CA 95825
and to attempt the resolution of inconsistencies between the remaining 100) MaryLisa Lynch
recommendations and the Federal Power Act,we will be hosting a teleconference on California Dept.of Fish and Game
Monday,May 18,2009. The teleconference will commence at 9:00 a.m.PST. 1701 Nimbus Road
