Filing of Programmatic Agreement Executed Signature Page
Dear Secretary Bose:
By letter dated July 11, 2008. Staff of the federal f;nergy Regulatory Commission
(Commission) distributed the final Programmatic Agreement (PA) for the relicensing ofthe
(hoville Wlities, Project No. 2100 (Project), and invited the California Department Water
Resources (DMIR), as licensee of the l'rojcct, to sign the PA as a concurring party. DWI is
plcasod to become a concurring party to the PA and, as requested by Commission Str f-rs July 1 I
,titer, hereby transmits its original signed signature page to Dr. frank Unchell, with eight (8)
�.()pics of the signature page to the Office of tho S:;crctary.
[)Wk commends and appreciates the efforts of Commission Staff, the California State
i listoric Preservation Office, and all consulting entities that participated in the drafting of the PA
alld associated Historic Properties Maliaguinwo Plan (HPMP). The PA not only memorializes
nw (onmuissiows satisfaction of its obligations in this relicensing under Section 106 of the
National historic Preservation Act, but its provision for DWR to implement the HPMP under the
now license will ensure proper management of historic properties through the new license; term.
